What we do

AFS is a confidential online marketplace where accounting, audit, tax and bookkeeping practices across South Africa are bought and sold directly, without traditional brokers or their commissions. Every listing publishes only privacy-masked public metrics — practice type, region, recurring-fee band and asking multiple — while the practice's exact identity, location and detailed financials stay hidden behind a consent gate. Sensitive information is disclosed only to buyers the seller has engaged with, after NDA acknowledgement, in line with POPIA. Sellers pay nothing to list, and the platform charges a 1% success fee when a deal concludes, or 2% for our Done-For-You matching service.

Who it's for

The platform serves two sides of the same market. On the sell side, it's built for practice owners planning their succession or exit — from solo practitioners and sole proprietors to multi-partner firms — in all nine provinces, who want a discreet sale without alerting staff or clients. On the buy side, it serves growing firms, sole practitioners establishing their first book, and professional acquirers seeking books of recurring fees, each with verified buyer profiles, declared funding status and stated capacity.
