Two-tier listings. Public detail (practice type, region, bands) is browseable; owner identity, exact location, financials and client book stay masked.

Consent-based disclosure. Sensitive detail unlocks only when a seller engages a specific buyer. A decline never exposes the seller\u2019s identity.

POPIA-aligned consent. We record explicit consent at registration and before any disclosure, and process personal information only to operate the marketplace.

NDA acknowledgement. Buyers acknowledge confidentiality terms before enquiring on listing detail.

Accounting Firms For Sale (Pty) Ltd (Reg. No. 2026/454033/07) ("AFS") operates this marketplace, not as a broker: we introduce verified buyers to sellers and charge a 1% success fee on a concluded transaction (1.5% where the seller has added AFS Spotlight marketing, 2% where Done-For-You Matching is enabled).
